Terms of Sale

Ordering & confirmation

Custom order requests are subject to availability. A request does not reserve a date; we will confirm the product, design, quantity, pickup or delivery details, final price, and payment requirements before the order is booked. Weekly and pop-up products are offered only during their announced ordering windows.

Custom designs

Custom treats are handmade interpretations of your requested theme or inspiration. We will work toward agreed colors and design details, but exact replicas or exact color matches are not guaranteed. We do not copy another maker’s original design.

Lead times & rush orders

Please request custom orders at least two weeks in advance. We may be able to accommodate shorter notice, depending on capacity. An accepted rush request may include a $35 fee; we will confirm that before booking.

Pickup & delivery

Pickup is scheduled at an Apex or Fuquay-Varina location and confirmed with your order. We offer delivery within 15 miles for $10; longer distances may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us promptly if your plans change.

Allergens

Our home kitchens use ingredients containing common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. We can share ingredient information, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free product or prevent cross-contact. Please tell us about allergies or sensitivities before ordering.

After pickup

We provide handling and storage guidance for your treats. Once an order is accepted, please keep it safe and follow the provided instructions. Contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order so we can review it together.

Payments, changes & cancellations

To finalize: payment timing, deposits, cancellation deadlines, refunds, changes to custom designs, and what happens if an order is not collected.
